Hi Devin, thanks for getting started on this. This works as a nice addition to the sphere work you had done before, but what we are looking for for these apps is a bit different - we need to have the 2D cyl code being used and a layer included in the background. In the issues #39, #40: I provided links for notebooks that have most of the code there. These should be written as separate notebooks.

For visualizing, we need to be able to look at the currents, electric fields, magnetic fields and fluxes. e.g. we should be able to produce figures like:

We can connect tomorrow on this.

Also, I didn't see the 3 loop app from the gpgLabs in here? EM_ThreeLoopModel.ipynb
