Bug fixes

• Fix bug where, even if the user did not have money for a voucher, the money would be withdrawn from the account, causing the user to have a negative account value.
• Now the error labels in payment's menu (english) are correctly displayed.

Improvements

• Users no longer start without money in their account. Admin starts with 10,000 € and regular users with 1,000 €.
