@MehakBhatia27 I see you are facing issues majorly in making proper pr ,
Step 1: Fork the repo after that Clone the repo
Step 2: Open in code editor , make .md file with your name and then add details of your CV, Portfolio and then stage the changes and commit the changes .
Step 3 : push the changes and then raise the pr .
