The Jump Start articles will help you get started using the GVRS API. Additionally, we have a number of example programs in the "Example" folder in our main software distribution.

GridfourC is a C-language port of the original Gridfour project that was written in Java. The code is different, but the ideas are the same. To learn more about the original project you can consult the Gridfour wiki. In particular, the project goals and implementation concepts are described in the Gridfour FAQ.
