Get countries by continent

In this pull request added a new method on Country.getAllAfricanCountries()

This function returns all african countries in this format

For now I create filter by african countries, once the request is successful I will look at adding other countinents

Nice approach, I'll fork your version and create American and European Zone with a few changes like using a standard getAllCountryByZoneName(...)
