=> automatically has links to projects that have the given hub selected as its region hub (i.e., you go to a project's page to set its region hub) => automatically has links to all other region hubs => you can choose whether you want the dogear boxes for grants/chat hour (or anything else you'd want) => region hub also now shows in projects (no link yet, i need to change how the sidebar works; i've made a note of it)
=> project page sidebar sections adjusted because django components are upsetting => project preview image now has shadow gradient => fixed some small things on the project and news pages
