Fix server workflow & prepare hslayers-server release

Description

Fix GH workflow action, which was testing hslayers library, app and sensors instead of hslayers-server.
Add GitHub Actions reporter for hslayers-server tests (empty output when OK, error log when error occurs).
Update dependencies.
Prepare release hslayers-server@2.0.0
