tips：系统默认删种任务循环周期为300s，若设置某个刷流任务为5min间隔循环将会导致删种与刷流任务同时执行，进而导致对变量self._brush_tasks.items()的资源竞争问题，删种任务拿不到self._brush_tasks.items()的值会导致无法删种
