• Fix establish_outbound query to be much more efficient
• Fix module to gracefully fail if osquery is not installed
• Add "fallback" queries to the "day" group, which will run if osquery is not installed, and report basic information about the system so we know it exists and that it doesn't have osquery
• Add support to query the versions of all the hubble components. This query will run with the "day" group by default
• Reduce log verbosity if osquery isn't present
