Add 2024 Jenkins elections candidate statements
Includes candidate statements for each of the candidates, though the statements from Oleg Nenashev and Kris Stern are placeholders that I copied and edited from their jenkins.io author biographies.
@krisstern and @oleg-nenashev could you send me your candidate statement, affiliation, and profile links?
Goal is to post this Wednesday 3 Oct 2024 so that voters have plenty of time to consider the candidates.
Publication can be delayed if more time is needed.
