This release adds support for filters. You can create, update, and delete filters, and it will apply them in your timelines as appropriate.

Added 'brutstrap' theme, OG metadata, and tweaks that aren't user-visible. The theme is the main thing you'd want from this.

Pleroma compatibility updates. In particular, it fixes compatibility with the new ID format.
