$ pipenv shell

# appropriate values.
$ touch instance/config.py
# Install dependencies
$ pipenv install
# Create DB
$ flask db migrate
$ flask db upgrade
# Create first user
$ flask user create joe@example.com

# Run Server (http://localhost:5000)
