This repository contains the code to generate the figures for Cornel et al., Submitted (2023) (link to be added).
01_wrangle_quant_data.R has been used to extract the gene counts for MR1, HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C from 812 individual FeatureCounts output files. 02_create_figures.R contains the code to generate the figures using the input PMC_gene_exon_counts.txt.
