Description
I used Oracle Cloud to add a server in South Korea.

The MITM server URL seems to need to use an http call (http://lobby.libretro.com/tunnel?name=chuncheon) to get the DNS (e.g., asia-east1.relay.retroarch.com), but I don't have permission.
The static IP is 138.2.119.137 and the port is 55435.
