[BUG] discogs plugin issues with beet 2.0.0 #120

Appears the issue with with the dockerfiles. Should be using "python3-discogs-client" (last updated June 2023) and not "discogs-client" (last updated June 2020). This was a Beets 2.0 change that was documented. |

Current Behavior
Beet has a new release, here are the changelogs: https://github.com/beetbox/beets/releases/tag/v2.0.0
The discogs plugin throws this error when running this command daily via cron:
docker exec -u abc -it beets /bin/bash -c 'beet import -q /mnt/downloads/completed/music/*
error message:
discogs: python3-discogs-client version should be >= 2.3.15
Expected Behavior
It should run with not errors.
Steps To Reproduce
Simply run beets with the discogs plugin enabled.

x86-64
Docker creation
