- mod: bump dragonboat to pebble 1.0.0
- Update tan.go to export MultiplexedLogFactory
- lint: fix linter issues after Go 1.20 bump
- log previous and current hostname
- Use pebble types and interfaces correctly
This makes MultiplexedLogFactory usable in the external API.
