update logseq todo plugin to 1.19.1

Submit a new Plugin to Marketplace

Plugin Github repo URL: https://github.com/zuntopia/logseq-plugin-todo

Github releases checklist

  • a legal package.json file.
  • a valid CI workflow build action for Github releases. (theme plugin for this).
  • a release which includes a release zip pkg from a successful build.
  • a clear README file, ideally with an image or gif showcase. (For more friendly to users, it is recommended to have English version description).
  • a license in the LICENSE file.

Hi @zuntopia Thank you for your contribution to the original plugin! However, I found that you are not the original author of the plugin. You can either directly contribute to the original plugin or fork it to create a new one (new plugin ID). It is not recommended to directly modify the metadata of the original plugin in Marketplace :)

Considering ahonn/logseq-plugin-todo#60, I don't plan to merge his PR.
If @zuntopia want to change plugin, please fork it to create a new one.
