New version for TeX LIve 2016 preparing the upcoming release of Luaotfload 2.7.

News: The file util-fil.lua is now part of the extended set due to the requirements
of the fontloader. All files have been updated from upstream as of 2016-04-06.

Lualibs v2.3

• Sync with upstream version 2015.11.19 19:13
• No significant changes to the package itself.

pre-release

To whom it may concern: This includes the current Lualibs code for testing.
Keep in mind that Luaotfload 2.6 (git master) now depends on the Lualibs.

v2.2 sync with Context

Another sync release: The code has been updated to the most recent
state of the Context beta.

Also, from this release on packages will be signed using GPG and a
signature file will accompany the downloads.

This brings the package up to date with Context 2013-12-31.
