Configure local DNS settings with Administrative Privillege provided, possibly with CMD. Features:

1. Switch between two reliable DNS
2. Ping the domain in URL in clipboard
3. Check connectivity by Pinging present DNS
4. Flush DNS 5 and more: Configure etc/hosts
