T-Display AMOLED - hello world project

Description

This is a hello world project for the lilygo T-Display S3 AMOLED based on the project https://github.com/VolosR/TDisplayAmoled. The firmware is build by the github workflow for the ESP32 S3 board.

Create a firmware build (CI)

When you push a new git tag then the workflows/build_release.yml is triggered, e.g.

git tag v1.0.0

git push origin v1.0.0
