OpenCore 1.0.1 config for laptop Asus FX553V

Attention

Set you own generic data in config.plist ( serial number, motherboard number, uuid )

!!! Use this EFI for Sequoia Beta 5, 6 only !!!

Installing

  • SecureBootModel need set to Disabled
  • All Bluetooth related kexts need to be disabled
    IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext
    IntelBTPatcher.kext
    BlueToolFixup.kext

Post-Install

  • After the installation process is complete, you need to set the value of SecureBootModel to Default and enable the Bluetooth kexts to be able to use Bluetooth.
  • Currently AirportItlwm is not supported, if you need to use an Intel wifi card you need to use itlwm kext + Heliport instead.

I have also prepared two EFI versions: one for installation and updating (Installing), and one for other use cases (Post-install). You can use them if you're not sure you can handle the simple steps mentioned above

  • Problem with headphones after waking up (known since Sonoma) (Fixed)
