NOTE: This releaes contains a invalid version in ext_emconf and was shortly after re-released as 1.0.3

This is a bugfix release that came out of the latest gridelements development.

In frontend context, the signalSlot dispatcher was never used. So this XCLASS introduces the same code called from the backend.

This ensure that the frontend and backend gets the same TSconfig when requested.
