Fixes #42221
Add the search method of openexr and fix the following problems.

E:\vcpkg\buildtrees\opencv4\src\4.10.0-d9ca17150b\modules\imgcodecs\src\grfmt_exr.hpp(52): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'ImfChromaticities.h': No such file or directory
E:\vcpkg\buildtrees\opencv4\src\4.10.0-d9ca17150b\modules\imgcodecs\src\grfmt_exr.cpp(62): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'ImfFrameBuffer.h': No such file or directory
  • Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
  • SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
  • The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
  • Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
  • Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
  • The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
  • Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.

The feature openexr and usage test passed with x64-windows triplet.
