Container based lambdas

Moved to Java 11 with container based lambdas and cherry-picked some enhancements/fixes from a draw.io fork.

Unfortunately publishing to AWS Serverless Application Repository doesn't work with container based lambdas, so all bets are off for delivery through SAR for now.
