I want to ask if the example's phenotypic features, such as Age and Tissue, which are discrete variables, can be used to analyze continuous variables as well.
And if a feature is binary, such as male and female, how can we determine which is 0 and which is 1? Is there a function to check this, or is there some default rule?
Thanks a lot in advance!
