CI Updates and Documentation Improvements

Changes in CI/CD Configuration and Documentation Enhancements

1. Update travis.yml:

   • Modified configurations to fix issues with build status reporting and streamline CI workflows.

2. Add ci.yml:

   • Introduced a new GitHub Actions workflow to complement or replace Travis CI for CI/CD tasks.

3. Remove codecov.yml and documentation.yml:

   • Deprecated unused or redundant YAML files to simplify the repository's configuration.

4. Update Project.toml:

   • Update package version to align with the latest developments in the codebase.

5. Update README.md:

   • Updated badges for build status, test coverage (Coveralls and Codecov).
