Split changes from provider integration WIP in #26

changes:

  • bump AWS collection to fix bucket policy enforcement bug when creating, also rename Bucket module to s3_object
  • fixes on state file
  • split config into stages of create-config, create-manifests, patch-manifests, create-ignitions
  • introduce os_mirror role
  • add butane binary
