Second release of Lilypond Easy Piano School/Tutorial

The second release of the compilable LilyPond easy Piano School/Tutorial. Including pieces to start on practicing left- and right-hand independence. All pieces are based on five-finger patterns in C-position including middle c and one octave higher and lower. This pre-release does not contain any theory. Also there are hardly any pieces with fingerings.
