Fedora CoreOS fails with below error:

 Failed to import public key "file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-41-x86_64" to rpmdb: can't create transaction lock on /usr/share/rpm/.rpm.lock (Read-only file system)

I'll run the rest of it manually on GCP to avoid mess here.
