Application Manager
Applications can be enabled and disabled at a global level by any administrator account. The application manager is only visible to user accounts is the Is Administrator flag set to True.
- #1 Install Application Enabled the application and makes it visible in the UI
- #2 Uninstall Application Remove the application and makes it not visible in the UI
Chat Abilities can also be enabled and disabled at a global level by any administrator account.
- #1 Uninstall Ability Remove the chat ability and makes it not visible in the UI
- #2 Install Ability Enabled the chat ability and makes it visible in the UI
Applications and Chat Abilities that have default values or configuration data are accessible via the main menu under the Chat Abilities and Applicationsunder Settings. The configuration dialog box is accessed with a button in the upper righthand corner of the chat ability or application information card. If no button is present, then not configuration options are present
- #1 Menu Location Each chat ability and application have a menu link under Settings -> Chat Abilities or Settings -> Applications.
- #2 Missing Skill Dependency If a chat ability or application shows a red link in the menu this signifies a skill/model that is required is not running
- #3 Configuration Button Button to access configuration dialog for application or chat ability
