Registrable courses and jobs

Summary: You should use -R whenever you use the jobs feature, because -R checks whether or not the courses to be registered are "registrable". Only "registrable" courses will be attempted. This way, each job iteration will hopefully either succeed or fail (when no courses are registrable.

By default, the Minervaclient tries its best to make sure you don't miss out on an opportunity to get into a course, and will keep trying despite any indications by Minerva that you wouldn't be able to get into a course.

Any failures in the registration process terminate the job iteration, and all courses in the job are considered to have failed. Thus, they will be re-attempted in the next job iteration even if they may have succeeded. Therefore, you might end up slamming Minerva trying to get into courses you're already in.

Soon, this issue will be fixed, as your course schedule will be checked to determine whether or not your registration succeeded. This would also ensure that any courses you manage to manually enter (by using Minerva or asking an advisor or something), would be detected by the jobs feature, and not repeatedly slammed.
