The symbol is a bit to high, shouldn't be higher than 26px.
Baseplate and red part should be brighter. The red-blue contrast is a bit heavy.
Could we have the blue and red parts wider apart?
Maybe the red part in the foreground can cast a shadow on the blue part.
We'll also need the Square icon.

Two options: light (like in their mobile apps) and dark (like on their website).
Not sure about the shadow, any position looks off
