This PR includes:

add prov_pkg metadata support for Debian package build too.
modify bomsh_rebuild_deb.py script to collect prov_pkg metadata by specifying the new option "--mmdebstrap_no_cleanup".
to avoid chroot directory deletion by mmdebstrap after debian package build, a patch file is added to enhance mmdebstrap tool for this purpose.
a few bugfixes and README update too.
