Review All Open Blockers
- Targeting next 2.0.x October.
- Something on nVidia cluster broke, lots of tests failed.
- Want to do a 2.1 RC by end of this week.
- A whole pile of open PRs on v2.1 series. Need to go through these as well.
- Jeff will review these.
- Issue looks related to v2.x: Issue 3685
- Jeff added a target and milestone to give this visibility.
- Discussion. Could be related to open MPI's memory patcher.
Review Milestones v3.0
- Released v3.0.0 RC2 on Friday.
- XLC v12 is giving a lot of issues.
- IBM will comment by Friday if we can cut support for v12.

- Ralph won't be on the call today, but asked if we could discuss internal HWLOC 2.0.0a PR 3951
- Cisco did some sanity checking, They all seem to be working properly.
- Don't know if external component can handle the new hwloc 2.0.0a
- Some minor breaks from hwloc 1.x to 2.0. Don't know if this PR handles the external.
- If this PR doesn't update the external component, then we'd file a blocker issue to allow external to support hwloc 2.0.0.
