CohortConstructor benchmark

To Run

1. Download the Repository: Download this entire repository as a zip folder using Code -> Download ZIP, or clone it.

2. Open the Project: Open the project BenchmarkCohortConstructor.Rproj in RStudio. The project name should appear in the top-right corner of your RStudio session.

3. Activate the Environment: Run renv::activate() and renv::restore() to install the necessary packages and versions.

4. Run the Code: Open the CodeToRun.R file. Follow the comments within the file to add your database-specific information and run the lines of code.

5. Share Results: After running the code, you will have a zip folder with results that you can share.
