int28 is a smart pointer 0x01234567 in which the first hex 0x0 is used to denote the type and 7 of the 8 hexes are used for the numeric value. int28 has a range of 268435456 values, or -134217727 to 134217728 signed

⚠️ IF int28 is used, i60 MUST NOT be represented with 0x0 header, otherwise 0x0000000012345678 could be read as 0x00000000!
