v1.2.0 Release Checklist

The following items to be completed prior to the v1.2.0 release

• All remaining github issues or pull requests tagged with the 1.2.0 milestone
• Update AUTHORS file
• Create Release Notes

Post release activity

• Update README.md and gh-pages branch -- s/1.1.0/1.2.0/g && s/1.2.0-SNAPSHOT/2.0.0-SNAPSHOT/g
• rebase develop
• Add v1.2.0 javadocs to gh-pages branch
• v1.2.0 documentation updates for @MobileTest, @WebTest, CapabiltiesBuilders
• remove develop-1.2.0 from deploy scripts
• add artifacts to github releases
