This is an implementation of a micro-service responsible for handling tasks, by managers and technicians. Ideally there would be an API making request to sign up and log in users, and a micro-service responsible for that. Since there was no time to implement all of that, and it was not the scope of this project, there is a module responsible for authentication using a mysql database.
The Tasks module is responsible for all the manipulation of tasks (create, read, update and delete), the tasks controller has guards to ensure that only authorized users have access to them, and the service connects to a mongodb database.
In the tasks module I implemented RabbitMQ to publish and consume events, so any time a new task is created, an event will be published. When this event is consumed Notifications Service will be called to dispatch the notification.
The docker compose file contains all of the app dependencies (mysql, mongodb and rabbitmq)
