I updated the metalib to be parameterized over the implementation of Atom. For backwards compatibility, the library now also provides Metatheory.AtomMetatheory, which is an instance of the Metatheory for the old Atom module.
To update developments that used the old version of the Metalib, you would change the imports from:
Require Import Metalib.Metatheory.
to
Require Import Metalib.Metatheory.
Import Metatheory.AtomMetatheory
(I also ported the coqsplit.ml file forward to more recent versions of OCaml.)
