Consensus building pipeline.

Will produce a sample compositino summary for all samples and produce a single consensus sequence for each of
-Sabin1
-Sabin2
-Sabin3
-WT-PV1
-WT-PV2
-WT-PV3 if they are present
Will count and identify the number of non polio enteroviruses in the sample but will not produce a sequence for these by default.
