Add scikit-image and yaml dependency in README

scikit-image is used, if you don't have it you get:

"No module named skimage.io"
To fix this on Ubuntu 16.04 I ran:
pip install -U scikit-image

Also added yaml,
I had to run on ubuntu :
sudo apt-get install python-yaml
