This PR will update the rc2024 TDP page to include titles, authors, and abstracts for each TDP, allowing users to search for and find TDPs more easily.

@SK2iP Please create new branches for each year from this branch, for example, develop-add-tdps-2023 and update the index file, and send a PR to this branch.

1. It seems the links to all files don't work.
   Isn't the path string "TDP" at the end unnecessary?
   For example,
   https://github.com/rcsoccersim/rcsoccersim.github.io/tree/master/docs/papers/robocup2024/TDP
   should be
   https://github.com/rcsoccersim/rcsoccersim.github.io/tree/master/docs/papers/robocup2024

2. The top 'Papers' menu should jump to the index of papers/.
   In the index of papers/, it would be better to explain the overview of this topic so that visitors can recognize they can jump to each year's TDP from the side menu.
