This page includes frequently-asked questions about how to operate Ministry Mapper.

Can I assign an address to multiple publishers ?

Yes.

Will there be any conflict in data entry if I assign the same address to multiple publishers ?

No. MM displays the address statuses in real-time. This means every publisher working on that address will always see the latest updates, thus preventing any overlapping of work.

How long does a slip last ?

The default expiry time of an address slip is 24 hours.

Can I adjust the default expiry hours of a slip ?

Yes. Administrators can configure the expiry hours.

Can I use MM without internet access ?

No. Internet connectivity is strongly recommended as the system is synchronising every publishers data entry in real-time.

What kind of device is recommended for MM ?

As MM is a web-based platform, any Android or Apple device can be used.

What browser should I use to access Ministry Mapper?

We strongly recommend either Chrome or Safari.

If I accidentally delete a territory or address, can i restore it back ?

Yes. Please contact the MM support team for assistance. Please also note that data may not contain the latest updates as it will be restored using a recent backup.

What are some ways of assigning slips ?

Assigning is done by generating a link with an expiry time. Conductor may used any platform such as WhatsApp, Telegrams, Line, etc to then send the link to the publishers.
