Adding AddressFamily to the socket creation to solve Azure error : System.Net.Internals.SocketExceptionFactory+ExtendedSocketException (10014): The system detected an invalid pointer address in attempting to use a pointer argument in a call. added a new param to the NtpClient that permit to chose the AddressFamily used, defaults to AddressFamily.InterNetwork
