Minor update to workaround a release issue that is being fixed in the contributor portal.

Minor update with the following changes:

• Plugin installs printer definitions at registration. This makes the process one restart less.
• Plugin no long installs a Pause at Layer version. It turned out that M25 pause is compatible with BQ printers, and also that a newer version of Cura will ship an unified plugin by default so this implementation is no longer needed.
