Password is able to be changed while editing the .bat file

This script was written to help my highschool IT department manage computers from any computer on the network.
If you do not have network administrative permissions, you will not be able to control other computers.
If you have local administratve permissions, you CAN modify your own computer.
Feel free to use this tool for any legal application. 

Some features may not work as intended due to different systems, operating system versions, or lack of access.
DENY INTERNET ACCESS: 
        This is sometimes canceled while running the loop in the script.
SEND A MESSAGE:
	This feature is built with specific systems in mind and will NOT work on Windows 10.
