Feature

• Change scroll speed (Same Ti.UI.TableView / Ti.UI.ScrollView)
• Remove scroll bounce shadow (iOS 6)
• Remove scroll delay
• Communication between WebView and Titanium app (Code base is TiCordova)
• Change UserAgent (Create only)
