Topics covered:

1. Survey of crucial topics in biostatistics, application of linear regression in biostatistics
2. Analysis of correlated data, logistic regression for binary or count data,
3. Survival analysis for censored outcomes
4. Design and analysis of clinical trials
5. Sample size calculation by simulation, bootstrap techniques for assessing statistical significance
6. Data analysis using R
