OpenBOR Engine for Sega Dreamcast: v3.0 Build 4111 KallistiOS 2.0.0+

This is the OpenBOR Engine release of the v3.0 Build 4111 compiled under KallistiOS 2.0.0+. No changes were made compared to the official v3.0 Build 4111 release, except the used libraries statically linked to the executable.

A selfboot toolkit is provided in the package, but no game assets (i.e. BOR.PAK file) is provided.

OpenBOR v3.0-4111 for Sega Dreamcast

OpenBOR is a continuation of the Beats of Rage 2D game engine, which was originally
created by the wonderful folks over at Senile Team.

This release is the last supporting the Sega Dreamcast before the discontinuation. It was build with KallistiOS v1.3 r698.
