Reef 

The idea behind this program is to develop a package mangement system based on JSON formatted metadata. While not functionally complete, the current code (as of 20180711) demonstrates a basic proof of concept.  The code is
provided as reference for how to use several of the ObjectPascal FPC provided libraries as well as some custom written procedures/functions.
